Dutch has been a member of the San Diego Tattoo community for many years. Before opening his own shop, he worked in many other shops, including The Tattoo Gallery, San Diego Tattooland, Ink Spot and Mello's Skin Graphics.
He opened Dutch Touch in 1997, and has been going strong ever since.
He works on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 4pm until Midnight.
